• “Photographer” refers to an individual granted special permission by 23px to upload photographic works to the platform, subject to applicable requirements and conditions.
• “Creator” refers to an individual who produces Visual Works other than photographs (e.g., digital paintings, illustrations, or AI-based works) and is granted special permission by 23px to upload such works.
• “Model” refers to a real individual featured in a Visual Work (e.g., photographs or portrait paintings) who provides explicit consent for the publication and distribution of such works through the 23px platform. This definition does not apply to Visual Works that do not depict real individuals.
• “General User” refers to any party accessing the Website to view or download Visual Works (free or premium) without acting as a Photographer, Creator, or Model.
• “Website” or 23px refers to the digital platform used to display and distribute Visual Works in accordance with applicable terms and conditions, including all parties associated with 23px, such as owners, management, and Curators responsible for curation, verification, and content management.

Content Requirements for Visual Works

1. Visual Works may only be uploaded if they are original creations of the Photographer or Creator.
2. Visual Works featuring real individuals must obtain explicit consent from the Model.
3. Visual Works must not violate laws, public decency, copyrights, or third-party rights.
4. Visual Works must not contain prohibited content, including pornography, violence, or hate speech.
5. Visual Works grant 23px a limited license to display and distribute them through the Website in accordance with applicable policies.
6. Visual Works are displayed for a limited publication period and may be removed in accordance with 23px policies.
7. Visual Works may be rejected or removed by 23px if deemed to violate policies or fail to meet quality standards.

Rights and Obligations of Photographers/Creators

Photographers/Creators have the right to:

1. Receive recognition for ownership of uploaded Visual Works.
2. Remove their works from the Website in accordance with 23px policies.
3. Receive compensation or revenue sharing if their works are used in paid services (if applicable), subject to fair distribution policies determined by 23px.
4. Access information related to the performance of their works (views, downloads, etc.), if available.

Photographers/Creators are obligated to ensure that each uploaded work:

1. Is an original creation and does not infringe third-party copyrights.
2. Has obtained consent from the Model if featuring real individuals.
3. Does not violate laws, public decency, or third-party rights.
4. Does not contain prohibited content contrary to laws, public decency, or 23px policies.
5. Grants 23px a limited license to display and distribute the work.

Rights and Obligations of Models

Model obligations apply only to Visual Works featuring real individuals.

Models have the right to:

1. Download works with watermarks free of charge.
2. Access full-resolution versions without watermarks through paid services.
3. Request removal of works from the Website if necessary.

Models are obligated to:

1. Provide explicit consent for the use and publication of works.
2. Provide accurate information regarding identity and rights related to the works.
3. Refrain from pursuing further legal claims against 23px or any associated parties for works already approved.
4. Resolve disputes through dialogue and good communication, understanding that works are published only for a limited period and are not permanently stored on servers.

Rights and Obligations of General Users

General Users have the right to:

1. Access and view Visual Works in accordance with service terms.
2. Download works with watermarks free of charge or access premium paid versions in accordance with 23px policies.

General Users are obligated to:

1. Understand that all licenses and copyrights remain with the Photographer/Creator.
2. Not use works for commercial purposes, redistribution, or unlawful activities without written permission from the Photographer/Creator.
3. Comply with all service terms and policies of 23px.

General Terms of Website Use

1. Users are prohibited from misusing the system.
2. If the Website provides accounts, users are responsible for the security of their accounts.
3. The Website may only be used for lawful purposes and not in violation of applicable laws.

License Terms

1. Copyright of works remains with the Photographer/Creator.
2. 23px holds only a limited license to display and distribute works in accordance with policies.
3. General Users are not permitted to use works for commercial purposes without written permission.

Rights of 23px (Website)

1. Reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.
2. Reserves the right to update the terms and conditions.
3. Reserves the right to remove content deemed to violate policies or fail to meet quality standards.
4. Reserves the right to determine compensation or revenue-sharing mechanisms for works used in paid services, subject to applicable policies.

Limitation of Liability

23px is not responsible for content uploaded by Photographers or Creators, nor for the use of works by Models or General Users. In the event of objections or disputes from any party, resolution shall be carried out by removing the work from the Website. Removal of the work shall be considered final settlement, and no further legal claims may be made against 23px or any associated parties.

Dispute Resolution

Any issues or conflicts shall be resolved through dialogue and good communication among the parties involved. 23px shall not be legally responsible for such disputes, and removal of the work from the Website shall be considered final resolution.

Amendments

23px reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and Data

23px is committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with applicable policies. Personal information provided will only be used for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
